• All information collected on this form will remain confidential and be used solely for providing healing services. Please note that I am not a licensed medical professional and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. By completing this form, you consent to the use of your information for healing purposes.

Safe and Private Space

• My healing space is entirely safe and confidential. I take your privacy very seriously and will never share any information about you with anyone.

• Your trust is my top priority. Appointments are scheduled to ensure you have the space to yourself, with time between sessions for energy cleansing. You can be assured that your time here is protected and respected.

Your Appointment

• Please plan to arrive a few minutes early for each in-person appointment—I’ll be ready for you. I dedicate time to prepare for your arrival and will reach out if you haven't arrived, as I genuinely care about your well-being. To be fair to others needing appointments, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel. If no notice is given, the full session fee may be charged at your next visit. Sessions typically last one to two hours; if you need to leave promptly, please inform me before we begin.

How to Pay

• We accept cash, cheque, or e-transfer prior to [email protected] (please add HST to all services).

I will inform the therapist of any condition that may arise during my course of treatment not covered above. I acknowledge that treatments may possibly contribute to minor discomfort (emotional release, cold symptoms, tiredness), and I release the therapist from any results that might be uncomfortable for me.
