Overcoming Personal Struggles

Dr. Bruce Lipton is a cell biologist, author, and lecturer who has made significant contributions to the field of new biology. He has written several books, including "The Biology of Belief," and has been recognized for his work in bridging science and spirit. Dr. Lipton's research focuses on the role of consciousness and environment in shaping gene expression and human behaviour.

😮According to Dr. Lipton, we are programmed from the last three months in the womb and through the first 7 years of our life due to the frequency pattern of our brain waves, which is a lower vibration than consciousness and matches the frequency of hypnosis.

Subconscious programming is how we learn to fit into our society. Throughout early childhood our mind records EVERYTHING and what we witness becomes a program that we operate from. Just as a physical computer does nothing until it receives a program to inform it how to operate, we cannot operate with programming.

💫 Take a Look at your Life

Look at your life and identify the things that come easily to you, these things are naturally supported by your subconscious. They are the result of programs in your mind that align with your goals and desires.

On the other hand, areas where you struggle and have to work hard may indicate the presence of a program that doesn't support your desired outcome. This program can be thought of as a subconscious obstacle that's holding you back.

By recognizing where you're struggling, you can begin to understand the underlying programs that may be limiting your progress. This self-awareness can be a powerful tool for personal growth and change.

Dr. Lipton also explains that 95% of our experiences come from those programs in the subconscious. Only about five percent (5%) of our life is consciously created, and if we use that 5% effectively, we can learn new things, but to use them we need to add new programs into the subconscious mind. This is done through repetition and practice. Once you are using the new information, you can override an old program. Your brain then creates new connections which get stronger every time you repeat the new behaviour.

Upgrading your Human Computer System

👍Positive affirmations, making an I AM. statement based on a desired result, are a method of creating new connections that can lead to the manifestation of the desired result. Positive affirmations are short, written or spoken statements that reflect a desired state of being, goal, or positive attribute. They are designed to counteract negative self-talk, build self-confidence, and cultivate a positive mindset. Affirmations are typically phrased in the present tense, emphasizing the desired outcome as if it has already occurred.

If you’ve ever tried using affirmations, when you first start repeating the statement it feels like a big fat lie, but if you repeat it often, it eventually attunes your energy vibration into the frequency of the desired state and that’s how you can achieve your desire.

When you make the statement, you are talking to the subconscious mind. You are reprogramming your system, replacing the old program with an updated one, and your words, your thoughts, and the desired emotion linked to them creates your new reality, a new program that informs your human computer system and tells it how to operate.

🌟 Repetition of the new habit replaces the old habit, therefore, daily practice is key. Remember these truths - What you focus on, you create. Where your attention goes, energy flows. What you resist persists, and as long as you are following Natural Law, you are free to manifest anything you truly want.
